is when Homer went into the tire store with a "free tire rotation" coupon. The tire guy looked at his tires and said "oooh...looks bad, legally I can't even let you drive out on these tires", then his boss "overheard" and busted in saying "You weren't going to let him leave on these unsafe tires were you!?!" then he "fired" the salesman.LOL. Homer felt guilty, begged the boss not to fire the guy, and bought all new tires.LOL. then they showed him in the waiting room, static on the TV and styrofoam coffee cups everywhere, and a "trout" magazine, while those guys were laughing at him through the shop window. haha....too true.
